My art in different spaces.....

Hello.  A few days ago, I completed a commission of my print "Come Fly Away With Me".  The project got me to thinking.  What would my art look like in my dream spaces.   I found a few rooms I love and wanted to share how my art would look in the rooms.  Maybe one of these days my home will look like this....

About my project. My client loved the original framed piece I did for Pop Shop.  However, the room it was to be installed in is more modern in decoration and I wanted the frame to match others in the room.  I think it turned out great! The original print is in an antique frame that I found at Heights Common Market on Yale in the Heights.  This store is one of my favorite treasures of Houston, they have great antique furniture, jewelry, lighting and surprises.  I refinished the frame I purchased in an antique whitewashed finish to make it look light and airy. The commissioned print is framed in a newer frame from my favorite craft store, Hobby Lobby.
